If you are new to CrossFit, we highly suggest signing up for our monthly Fundamental Fitness class. The class meets with one of our dedicated coaches for one week, Monday through Thursday at 6:00 PM. We teach you the basic CrossFit movements, scaling options, and provide hands-on training to give you confidence in your ability to participate in normal classes.
We will be offering Fundamental Fitness in the first week of every month. Each week costs $19.99 and will give you a chance to learn and practice many movements used in CrossFit. The athlete-to-coach ratio is capped to ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve, so reserve your spot today!
