We provide multiple scaling options for every workout so that everyone, regardless of age or skill level can not only participate, but have a great workout designed for them.
Yes. There are many options to help get you up-to-speed as a beginner. We provide hand-on coaching during our standard CrossFit classes, and work directly with newbies to guarantee their safety and technique. We offer the Fundamental Fitness class every month to review the CrossFit basics. You can also begin with Personal Training, ensuring one-on-one coaching until you feel comfortable with all the movements.
Nope! Even if you choose to enroll in the Fundamental Fitness class to get started, your enrollment fee is automatically rolled into the payment of the first month of your CrossFit membership.
No. Your CrossFit membership offer unlimited attendance.
No. You can attend any class you want. Whatever works for your schedule, works for us!
Bring your friends and family! We offer everyone one FREE week to come try CrossFit. You can also come on any Saturday morning Free-for-All, where we specifically partner up and work on teams, so you do not have to work out alone.
Just show up. Our members reach out to one another without having to be told to do so. We love to compete, encourage, and cheer on one another. Whether in class or at one of our community events, we know you will find your place here.
Yes. There are multiple classes throughout the week where free childcare is provided.
Yes. We love having drop-ins and visitors from other boxes.
