Though we started out as a CrossFit box, we quickly realized the unique value that Yoga gives to athletes. We like to think of Yoga as the “yin” to our strength-training “yang.” Yoga is proven to expand your range of motion, while lengthening and stretching your muscles, teaching proper breathing techniques, and developing core strength and balance.
