We offer various Specialty classes throughout the year. Some run year-round, while others are on a cycle basis.
Year round, Sunday at 2:00 pm
We love to teach new skills during our standard CrossFit classes, but we frequently run out of time to practice and perfect them. To provide an opportunity to work on weaknesses, we offer a weekly Skills Class, free with your CrossFit membership. This class focuses the entire hour on a particular skill (advertised throughout the week), and has a coach available to help teach additional tips and tricks and work directly with you to improve that skill.

We understand that there ladies out there who feel more comfortable in an all-female class environment. Our Ladies Only class completes the same daily programming as our standard CrossFit classes, but in that all all-female environment, led by one of our hands-on female coaches.

Cycle program, Two hour class that meets three times a week for one month
Want to get stronger? Keep an eye out for our Powerlifting program. This intense program adds multiple auxiliary movements designed to help you get strong.
