Teenagers and PreTeens are in a unique position to incorporate CrossFit while they are young, and gain body awareness and strength that transfers into many aspects of their health. Whether you want your teenager to learn the value of a good workout and create healthy lifestyle habits, or gain strength and agility to support advancement in their sport of choice, CrossFit can help.
We offer 6-week cycles of CrossFit Teens classes throughout the year. The kids meet twice a week for one hour, and the cycles are programmed specifically for the kids. Our certified CrossFit Kids coaches work diligently to ensure the safety and technical accuracy of all movements throughout the class, while building the knowledge and strength that will carry over into whatever the teens choose to pursue.
