We run CrossFit Kids classes throughout the summer months, and then periodically during the school year (typically Winter Break and Spring Break). We align the classes with an existing CrossFit class, so Mom and Dad can come get their workout at the same time as their child.
Our CrossFit Kids class is split, based on the age of your child. CrossFit Preschool (age 3-5) meets for 30 minutes, and CrossFit Kids meets for 45 minutes. Our certified CrossFit Kids coaches teach the kids basic functional fitness and just have FUN! Sure, we give them a mini WOD and make them sweat a bit, but the main part of our class is the GAME!! Our kids love to play games, and we love to link physical activity with FUN!
